Dear Friends,
I am very much impressed by the features that googlemail provides. The point of writing this email is not to promote googlemail but how can we use googlemail, if our personal email account provider does not have useful good features in the mail box.
E.g. My personalized email service provider for abc@proaccountants.net is www.rediffmailpro.com however the web interface that rediffmailpro has provided is totally outdated.
Take for instance:
1. It does not have feature to search the inbox. So I waste my time searching for mail.
2. It has storage of 100 Mb, no good for me since i require more.
3. If I want to see the history of the email e.g. my Inbox and Sent, I do not have the option to see the entire history where googlemail has option to view that as conversation.
4. And many more deficiencies....
How Google Mail helps me overcome all the difficulties that personalized mail provider did not provide and at the same time I use my email id eg. abc@sancharnet.in or efg@vsnl.com or whoami@costaccountants.com .
I am sure that this strategy will help those accounting firms who are having website address and use it for email also. This will help yourself to be organized.
There are few steps to follow:
1. Open an email account in Google Mail. If you don't have it, ask someone to send an invite to you.

Google Talk: http://www.google.com/support/talk - This voice chat has an exceptional quality for PC to PC calls compared to its competitors. So if your firm or network is spread across the country, then I suggest you to try it out. You may save on telephone calls. Or if you have relatives are abroad or spreadout in India, you can use it.
Please note that I am sending this email from Google Mail but it appears to you that it is sent from abc@proaccountants.com. And when you reply to my email, it will come back to my googlemail and you will not know about it.
